Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays with the shipping carrier.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order for free within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the order is sent for processing and cannot be canceled. To cancel, please email us immediately at support@packmatepro.com with your order number.
Incorrect Address
If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at support@packmatepro.com. We’ll do our best to update your details before the order is processed. Once shipped, we are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.
Delays & Damaged Packages
While we strive for timely and safe delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or weather conditions.
